There's no shortage of patriotic apparel out there.
But when we started Uncle Sam's Apparel, we wanted to create something different.
We wanted to create a brand that celebrates America without making the brand itself the center of attention.
Today, we're proud to officially welcome you to Uncle Sam's Apparel (USA).
Why We Started Uncle Sam's Apparel
Patriotism isn't a trend. It isn't a season. It isn't something that should only show up a few days a year.
For many Americans, love of country is part of who they are. It's reflected in the values by which they live: freedom, independence, hard work, personal responsibility, family, service, and opportunity.
We created Uncle Sam's Apparel to offer designs that reflect those values while staying true to a simple philosophy:
The message should matter more than the brand.
The Meaning Behind "USA"
The name Uncle Sam's Apparel wasn't chosen by accident.
Look at the initials:
U.S.A.
That's the point.
Everything about our company revolves around celebrating the ideals represented by America and the people who call it home.
Even our logo was designed with this idea in mind. At its core is a simple USA mark that represents what matters most—not our company name, but the country and values that inspire it.
Unbranded by Design
While there are many great patriotic apparel brands out there, most (if not all) of them either incorporate their branding directly on a graphic of the American flag or give their own logo equal weight on all of the garments they produce.
That's not always a bad thing! Even our own Men's Basic T-Shirt and Women's Basic T-Shirt are made with the American flag on the right sleeve and the Uncle Sam's Apparel logo on the left sleeve. While there is an appropriate place for those designs, we believe it is at least equally as important (cough cough MORE SO) to provide options which allow expression of pride in country without an accompanying requirement to advertise for a brand.
That is why our products are intentionally designed to make our brand as unobtrusive as possible, if they are branded at all.
Why?
Because when you wear one of our shirts, we want people to notice the design, the message, and what it represents—not a corporate brand.
We believe patriotic apparel should feel like it's about America first, not advertising for a clothing company.

We're launching with a growing lineup of t-shirts designed around patriotic themes and American pride.
As we grow, you'll see new designs, new products, and new ways to celebrate the spirit that makes America unique.
